21st Century Challenge: New Educational Paradigm wants to offer two $2500 scholarships to deserving former inmates that want to contribute to the rebuilding of their communities and want to learn a technical/vocational trade.
The scholarship funds will be offered to those wanting to pursue a career in the areas of construction including general building construction, HVAC and refrigeration and electrical.
